Hang tight everybody ...
My actual skydiving pictures are coming!

Wal-Mart, those idiots, actually lost my pictures and negatives.

I'm having copies made and will be posting my "actual" pictures
so you can see me flying through the air.

In the meantime, I just put some schmutz on here to hold you over
till the real pictures are posted.

Wal-Mart sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got all these pictures off the Skydive DelMarva site ... just to hold me over till I get my own pictures back.

Here's one of their collages. Just think ... I had the same view as the people in the pictures!

Isn't this cool???

Here's the videographer - who films all aspects of your skydive. There's a special camera mounted to the helmet. Not only do you get still pictures - you get a film, too!

I guess that makes me a star of a movie!! Anyway ....

She (yes, she!!) is hanging on to the side of the plane so she can film the jumper in the plane getting ready to jump, the scoot up to the edge of the door (2 feet of living hell and the longest 30 seconds of my life) and then, finally - the videographer lets go and videos you as you get shoved out the door and into the air.

Now, she's got one exciting job!!
I'm thoroughly jealous!!

What are you doing just looking at the pictures??

You only live once ... life is short and difficult -

WHY NOT LIVE IT? - SKYDIVE!

OK - here's the truth ....

I wasn't scared "AT ALL" until I had to schooch to the edge of the plane's door.

I screamed my head off when I looked out and saw the ground 2 1/2 miles below!!!!!!! There's no words to describe the emotion behind the experience.

My teacher was great and was such a pro!! I was screaming and laughing at the same time. I was in awe of the world and can still recall that moment.

Actually, I use the whole experience as a tool to help me through life. If I can voluntarily jump out of a plane, than I can do anything!!

I truly am a different person! I can't wait until June 2002 so I can jump again. This time, I'm gonna wear pink - last year I wore blue. After all, the jumpsuits are really cool and part of the fun of it! I loved having all that gear strapped to me. (I shall not comment any further on said topic.)

To the left is a picture of me
early in the evening
the day of my skydive!

Even though it's been hours later,
I still look "effected"
by the experience!!
